Greek food in London—and in most of the world—often caters to stereotypes. 

Restaurants lean on familiar, touristy dishes while overlooking the depth and variety of true Greek cuisine: ever-changing iterations on timeless recipes, harmonised with the availability of seasonal ingredients. 

Overlooking these critical elements also ignores the value of the  immigrant experience and the cultural exchange that comes with it. 

Eat at Pan’s is different.

It is rooted not only in recipes but in lived experience. I grew up in a small village in rural Greece where food was central to family and community life. Different seasons, holidays, and occasions were marked by signature dishes and traditions. 

With Eat at Pan’s, these stories, traditions and dishes live on in our clients dinner parties, events, and even highly bespoke meal prep. Since 2023, hundreds of people have welcomed the Supper Club in their homes, to eat like a Greek, and live deliciously.
